Appointment Shortage w/c 2nd September UPDATE 04/09/2024

We are pleased to announce that additional GP appointments have been made available on both Thursday and Friday this week. Some appointments for tomorrow will be released online this evening while the remainder will be available to book on the day.

Patients with access to a smartphone can still download the LIVI app and book a video or telephone consultation with a GP for any acute medical conditions.

Nurse appointments this week are still in short supply with limited capacity for urgent injections and wound care appointments remaining this week. Nurse appointments next week for Cervical Smears, Child Immunisations, Injections and wound care are available to book now.

Further additional nurse clinics will be added on shortly for the remainder of September.

Non-clinical staff sickness absences continue to impact waiting times both on the phone and at reception. Please continue to bear with us and thank you for your understanding at this time.
